Two for Tumblers: Gymnastics Ontario Recognizes Excellence
A Evening to Remember
Tumblers attended the Gymnastics Ontario Coaching Congress last weekend. A weekend full of wonderful opportunities to learn from experts and share ideas to allow all clubs to improve. To wrap up the weekend, we were fortunate enough to attend their Annual Awards Banquet. An evening to honour the best of the best in Ontario and celebrate our achievements as a province.
Among the best of the best were two Tumblers coaches who received awards for the their hard work throughout the 24/25 competitive season.
Head coach Stephane McNicoll was awarded the High Performance Coach of the Year for men’s and women’s artistic gymnastics for 2025. Stephane's work with all levels of gymnastics has helped put the spotlight on Tumblers and allowed all our gymnasts to excel particularly on the national and international stages. Congratulations Stephane! An accomplishment that is well deserved!
Coach and program director, Alyssa Greenwell has been with Tumblers for many years. Her work in our power tumbling program has been nothing short of extraordinary leading to numerous provincial and national titles! Alyssa received a recognition award for Outstanding Achievement in 2025 for members who have been involved in the sport for more than 10 years! We are so thankful that your accomplishments were recognized Alyssa! We know how much you bring to the table. Congratulations!
