Are you an experienced gymnastics coach looking to make a meaningful impact on athlete development at the highest levels of the sport?

Tumblers Gymnastics Centre is growing, and we are seeking exceptional Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) and Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) coaches to join our leadership team.

Recognized as the Best Gymnastics Centre by Ottawa Awards for 2025, Tumblers is home to athletes competing at the provincial, national, and international levels, including current athletes representing Team Canada. As our programs continue to expand, we are looking for passionate, highly qualified coaches who are committed to excellence and athlete success.

Available Positions

  • Women's Artistic Gymnastics Coach (Comp Intro) & (Comp Dev Certified)

  • Men's Artistic Gymnastics Coach (Comp Intro)

Qualifications

  • NCCP Level 2 Certification (Competition Introduction) required

  • NCCP Level 3 Certification (Competition Development) for lead role

  • Minimum 10 years of gymnastics coaching experience

  • Proven experience coaching competitive athletes

  • Strong technical knowledge of athlete development pathways

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and mentorship skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performance coaching team
